Preparing for Gasshuku

What is Gasshuku?
For those attending Gasshuku, the following information will help you to prepare for the weekend.  You will find a list of rules set forth by Seido as well as Mt. St. Alphonsus Retreat Center, as well as a list of 'required', 'optional', and 'not necessary' items for the weekend.  All information below is provided in every participant's welcome packet, which will be available for pick-up the week before Gasshuku.
