Beach Training 2009

Wednesday, 29th July 2009

Seido's Beach Training is an annual event that occurs on the first Sunday of every August.  It is one of our special events that give us a chance to train outside of the dojo under the open sky and ocean water.  It also allows us to communicate with students from other Seido Branches as well as share our training with friends and family who are encouraged to come and watch as well as participate on our picnic after the work out.

If you've never attended this once-a-year event, please make a point to come. If you're not sure about what to expect, just ask any of your seniors.

Directions are listed below. If you take the subway, it's always a good idea to travel with friends!
