The Seido Juku Benefit Foundation, a 501(c) nonprofit branch of the World Seido Karate Organization, was founded in 1987. The Seido Juku Benefit Foundation strives to share the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of karate with nontraditional martial arts students and also raises funds on behalf of community programs throughout New York City.

Hunter College Benefit FoundationStrong Support for Our Community
The Seido Juku Benefit Foundation provides financial support and instruction for students who would otherwise not be able to train in karate. This includes the visually impaired, hearing impaired, homeless children, and adults with special needs. In addition, the Foundation provides financial support for local community programs, including those benefiting children with HIV/AIDS, victims of breast cancer, at-risk teenagers, and the homeless.

Over the past twenty years, the Seido Juku Benefit Foundation and the World Seido Karate Organization have donated more than $200,000 to a variety of nonprofit organizations, including the American Red Cross, Coalition High School, Domestic Abuse Services, Inc., Hale House, Hospitality House and Project Hospitality, and the New York City Fire and Police Departments.


Demonstrating the True Spirit of Karate
Through donations from individuals and corporations, the Seido Juku Benefit Foundation strives to share the non-quitting spirit of karate with students & organizations in an effort to help others realize their full human potential.
